Countly ("the App") is operated by RIHS Solutions ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can manage or delete it.

Data We Collect

• Account & email address — used for magic-link sign-in (no password storage), via Supabase Auth.
• Counter content — the counters, captures, timers, routines, and entries you create, stored and synced via Supabase (Postgres & Realtime).
• Push notification token — your device's FCM token, used to deliver reminders and activity notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Crash & error diagnostics — anonymized crash reports and device/OS information, collected via Sentry to help us fix bugs.

How We Use Your Data

We use this data solely to provide and improve the App: authenticating you, syncing your counters across devices in real time, sending notifications you've opted into, and diagnosing crashes. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-Party Processors

• Supabase — database, authentication, and realtime sync (EU-hosted).
• Google Firebase — push notification delivery (FCM).
• Sentry — error and crash reporting (EU data residency).

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account), or by emailing hello@rihs-solutions.ch.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@rihs-solutions.ch.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
