By accessing this website or using the Countly application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Countly is a tracking application offering count, capture, timer, and routine modes with real-time sync and collaboration. We provide the service "as is" and may add, change, or remove features over time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access data you are not authorized to access, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

Accounts

Sign-in uses a passwordless magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

Privacy

Your use of Countly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is processed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RIHS Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
